4 days without water I would like to bring this to your attention and I need your urgent assistance: On Monday at 8:30 ,I reported a water outage and yesterday I did a follow up. Someone came today and they only confirmed the house number ,then left within 2 minutes and never came back. It's the end of third day without water,I am totally unhappy about this kind of service and why can't this person do his job when he was already there or at least communicate with me. It is easy to join metropolitan but when you want to remove a person from policy they will give you a run around ,Telling you to write a letter. Another person was added on my partner's policy without his consent .
I went to FNB Zeweenwatch mall to request a downgrade for my account as I cant afford private client charges anymore,I signed everything but at the end of the month i get private client charges and I still get private banker emails.What is so difficult in downgrade an account whle an upgrade is easy.
I saw a skirt on Sale written R149,25 written on a yellow sticker printed Extra 25% when you buy 2 or more items on sale. When I got to the till,carrying the skirt ,a nail polish on sale,a lip stick on sale. The skirt was R199 ,I enquired and I was told by a guy who was serving me that when you buy 2 or more clothing items on sale you get it 149,25. My question is: Where is it written only clothing items on the yellow sticker ? No where he says too
Irregular costs on Water bill,You have to call them every month yet they never fix anything.I have been charged vacant even charge for a year yet I have a water meter.I have been charged for 2 meters.
Never buy from these people..I bought a shower unit from them and after 2 days the door shuttered while I am inside and they don't want to take responsibility. Crooks and misleading sales
I am more than angry and sickened about the way we treated at state hospitals ,I find it hard to stomach that a psych told my friend Lexi (Not real name) to go home after a suicide attempt with no counseling but instead told to get a medical aid.Mental illness will continue being an issue in our communities.yet he wrote on the file that he had a session with him.who is in charge for health in Western Cape? #Groote Schuur hospital #Justice for Lexi #Friends of Lexi #What more needs to happen before we can get help,Death? #Share till Lexi gets access to proper health care and all mental health patients be treated accordingly not just by mere record keeping.
They failed to help me in my time of need yet they called every time the battery was flat.
I deposited on the 29 th November 2018 ,Money never reflected on my account.I reported on the 30th I was given a whats app number to send proof of payment: ********** and I did.It was never resolved till the 6th.I called again then i was told,hey,that whats app number is no longer working ,Please send proof via email and I did to ********** Up until this day,I never got my R300.I am so dissappointed.I dont think I will ever get winnings.
I have been turned away with many other people from SARS liberty Promenade by a lady who issues tickets at 12:00 yet the closing time is 13:00 o'clock.She was shouting at us like we are kids.I don't know if her name is Faith or starts with An F.Very rude if you ask me
