Lies from the driver
Today i was accepting my package from Ackerman's as i received an sms in the morning (07h05) and the driver claims that he /she did not reach me on my cellphone which is a lie because i didn't even receive any calls from the company's driver. the inconvenience caused in this regard is so unacceptable and very un professional of the driver to lie. I don't think ill ever shop online and request delivery as this is so not nice. Ill opt for store pick from now no.

TELKOM SCARMMERS
I have a contract with telkom and they didn't not debt my account for a couple of months only to find out that they where using the incorrect banking details that i did not authorise them to use. Now they have debited the outstanding amount. When i call the call center they say the money have not yet appeared on their side. I recently recived the telkom statemnt claiming the i am owing them the amount they have debted from my account. I don't know if they are try to **** me or what, It is total unacceptable and ridiculous now how they treating me. Bear in mind i have three contracts with them trusting that they will give me world class service. I'm very disappointed in them as they have raisin my anxiety a higher level.

POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
When game have specials, Game at Westgate mall will FOREVER be out of stock. I do not know if they don't stock or fill up the shelves. Even when i go to the shop two days after they have published the special. YOU WILL FIND NO STOCK IN THE STORE. This is not acceptable and even when you ask the store manger will also say they don't know when the stock will arrive or they will call you once they have the stock but they NEVER DO.

Poor Customer Service
December(17/12/2020) i went shopping at Mr Price Key west the was sale for Tees/ Vest two for R 80 and one was R 49.99 i bought 4 of the and they charged me an extra T-shirt/ Vest that i did not take , Sunday( 17/01/2021) i went back and i was told that the is nothing they can do as i came late and they are not sure if i didn't take 5 T shirts/ vest. I am wondering if Mr Price teaches their staff to call us customers thief's and lies where they are the one that charged me extra. I was not bored when i went to ask for assist and wont waste my transport money for nothing. I m highly disappointed with the service i received from them.

Untrustworthy People
Avovb was deducting R484.90 from my brothers persal, He notifed Avbob and they sent him forms to fill to stop the debit order. They said they will refund him back its a month now still waiting.

Avbob was deducting R484.90 from my persal and i notified them about it, they sent me forms to stop the debit order. I did that and they said they will refund me back my money. Its been a month waiting for the refund.

My uncle paid R680 for DSTV at pick n pay clothing and the payment didn't go through to DSTV and he called them and they said they will refund him, its been a week now and they still haven't refunded him his money.

AVOBO FRAUD
I noticed that Avbob has deducted R480 from my persal/ without my authorization and I don't even know where they get my persal number. I contacted them a several times and they are giving me the run- around with my money. No one is taking my matter serious and this is a fraud because they send their filed workers to us so that they can steal our details and do this act of fraud.
