<p>They failed to attempt to debit the account they always debit then advised that I have a payment outstanding. A week later they advised me that my membership has ended on the basis of their business closing down. In spite of calling them 3 times, sms'ing once and emailing them 3 times no one was able to confirm whether they deducted the monies as per my instruction. I now received notification from LexMed that I have been handed over for outstanding My Slimkind membership fees. I never received notification that my box had been sent, did not receive a box and they ended my membership. I sent all the proof to LexMed 6 days ago but am yet to get any response from them. I have a perfect credit history and it makes me sick that it will now be tarnished because of their mismanagement. I refuse to pay for something I did not get.</p>
