VERY ANGRY CLIENT
Once again!!!!! Debits go off before 5 days before they should!!!! I AM SO F$%^&ING ANGRY!!!! Now I cant fetch my child tomorrow cause they cant stick to their agreements. USELESS !!!!!!! THIS WAS DEALT WITH AT THE BEGINING OF THE MONTH !!! ***!!!!!

Customer service SUCKS
The unlimited are sending documents that are not legal. (vat is still 14% not 15%). they do not keep to the clients orders when it comes to the debit order. I don't see the reason of debiting an account before the person gets paid. I have emailed them with NO response at all. but they have the audasity to harass people.

CELL C SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!!! 🤬🤬
Cell C has the worst customer service and service in general. It’s been twice now that they double debit my account and then say they have not received any funds. My bank statement says it has gone off on 2 different days. Even when going to the bank branch, it’s on their system at the bank that Cell C has taken money twice. When sending the proof of payment or bank statement to Cell C they say they haven’t received my mails with the proof. I even tried sending it to them on the Facebook messenger and still they say there is no money from me. I want to cancel my 2 contracts with them but that will cost me almost R3000!!!! I have been with Cell C for 8 YEARS NOW!!! And this is the service I am getting now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CELL C TO ANYONE!!!!

africa truck parts horrible service.
<p>i recently bought a set of tools/ parts at AFRICA TRUCK PARTS JET PARK. they wre friendly and proffesional when i was purchasing the parts. upon reaching my work i realised i had bought the wrong items. i then on the following day went to return the goods that i had purchased barely 8 hours earlier and the manager or owner PAUL DU PREEZ ( ********** ) was rude and uncopromisimg to my demise as a customer. he went on to tell me that he is not in bussiness to isuue out and recieve back paper, that i should know what i want before i purchase from his shop again. </p> <p>This was the worst customer service i have ever recieved from any shop, i dont know if being a successful operation has made these people so arrogant that they forget the basics of customer service.</p> <p>i am never going to purchase anything from Africa Truck Parts ever again. AFRICA TRUCK PARTS JET PARK</p>
