The school which my son attends school at, has used this company to manufacture/design their grade 12 Jackets. I have paid in February his jacket. Winter is about to end, preliminary exams are upon them and no jackets. This in my opinion, as a parent who has paid for a jacket, contacted this company and had no feedback on the last messages sent is totally unacceptable. I hope this will send a clear message that I am frustrated and totally displeased with their service or lack there of.
I have logged a complaint, no response has been sent. Hopefully using this platform will get the complaints department to respond to my email.
I have been battling to get a device authorised since September 2023. The doctor has emailed to motivate. My daughter needs this and this pathetic service we have been given from this medical aid has left a bitter taste in my mouth. We will be 10 years members on this medical aid. I have countless references and NOTHING. In this week I emailed and got the same email which the doctor received last week, just the dates has been updated. She has a condition called pectus excavatum, the specialist has motivated and NOTHING. I am well aware of the amount which is available for appliances, why can we not get it? I am livid. We have been paying for years and now that we need this funds, DECLINED. The specialist cost they paid a minimum of R900, short fall of over R1000 we had to cover, why do we pay this much and yet beg for service delivery? I have been told a lady, I would not mention her name should call me, this is back in October. I mentioned to the operator these calls are recorded for quality and control purposes, operator says correct. I have a reference for that too and it's the 11 of Dec and no call! Should your customers die before you respond or should we join another medical aid group for value for our money? I am done emailing, begging and waiting. I hope this platform will be where you will act and respond to what I have been battling with. My child's life matters, her health is of paramount importance. To you we are just a membership number, to me she is my priority.
<p>I bought a packet of frozen peas on sunday and kept it in the freezer to use today. I opened the packet and put it all into my cooked pot of food. The peas are discoloured into some yellowish colour. I had to get rid of my whole pot of meat which cost me R90. I am so so so disgusted as the peas only expires in June 2017. So not on Mc Cain</p>
