Looking for a venue? DO NOT USE THIS ONE!

<p>We had a big event at the Tin Factory. While the location and the actual venue seems great, they ended up charging us over R30,000 in hidden costs even though they clearly told us there wouldn't be any additional costs. They also refused to let the music go loud enough for the entire hall to hear it and shut down the event st 12:30 even though we were VERY clear from day one that it was a concert that we needed to go into wee hours of the morning. If they had been honest and upfront we would have been able to plan accordingly. Instead, they lied, were rude and left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. Consumer is definitely not their concern, making a quick buck is.</p>
