Redme Note 10 not delivered yet
I would not even give them one star. I ordered a Redme Note 10 on the 5th of July. Paid and received mail confirmation of my order and payment. Today, 7th August no reply or phone yet. Teir whatsapp number is not monitored and they do not reply on that, mail go through but no positive reply and the online chat is a waste from the beginning. The only answers I got from them was at first, riots, then" order not fulfilled" which I new, that is why I querried the delivery. Very very poor service with very good phones.

Very Bad Service Delivery
<p>I got a quote from this company for PPE. I asked them if they had all items in stock and they replied via e-mail that all items are in stock and could be delivered the same day we transfer the money.</p> <p>After a few changes we made to the order we transfered the money to their account. As expected we had to wait untill the money reflects in their account. I called two days later to enquire about the transfer and delivery of our PPE. Received an e-mail confirming the money was received and the items will be delivered within one day. It's now been 4 weeks and still some items outstanding on the invoice. If and when they answer their cellphone they promise to deliver and that's where it stays.</p> <p>Very poor company to order PPE from.</p>
