The firm helped me with 2 properties so far and I can assure anyone in doubt that both matters were handled with care. There was constant feedback every step of the process. Both matters were concluded in record time. I applaud the staff with their professionalism and empathy towards their clients. I will use them again on my next property purchase. I rented a car for 2 days (13-14 June 2025) and returned it as per rental agreement. I have been waiting for deposit refund for more than 5 weeks. I decided to go into their office to get an explanation, I was told card number was keyed incorrectly. The card details appear on the rental agreement but they punched them incorrectly.
I had a faulty fridge and called this company to quote. They quoted and fixed the fridge and gave me a 3 months warranty. On the second month the fridge has stopped working. I called them to have a look but now they’re giving me the runaround. I don’t know how many days I’ve waited for their technician to come to no avail. Now they’re not answering my calls or WhatsApp. Shocking and disgusting service. Stay away!

My partner hired a car. When the invoice came there are all sorts of additional costs that were not discussed including 2 nd driver costs. Delivery costs also included while she asked if she could return the car where it was picked up and got assurance there won't be issues. Budget Car Rental added all the additional costs you can think of and nobody is willing to help. The service is pathetic!
<p>My name is Linda and i had an early flight from Durban to CapeTown on Monday morning flight JE331. After a wonderful weekend spent with my family i get home from the airport and realised my bag was opened and personal belongings stolen from my bag while they were handling my bag in the airport. I've heard that things go missing from people's bags but i thought my bag was secured. I lost belongings excess of R5000 and i feel violated that someone was going through my things at the airport. </p> <p>The staff is stealing guests belongings. I would like to know what are airlines doing about this situation. Especially Mango airline in this case because losing valuables in excess of R5000 shouldnt be taken lightly.</p>
