A claim was lodged on 27.01.17 to ABSA HOC Claim Support and assessed and approved on 31.01.17 relating to the repair of storm damage at my residence. Selomo Building Contractors cc were appointed by ABSA to undertake the repair and I was informed that Selomo Building Contractors cc would contact me shortly to undertake the repairs.

I contacted ABSA HOC Claim Support on 07.02.17 to enquire on the start date of the repairs and received no response. Further correspondence on 28.02.17 to ABSA HOC Claim Support where I requested the appointment of another contractor, who who was actually interested to undertake the works, however this too yielded no response. I then wrote to ABSA Private Banking on 10.03.17 who instructed ABSA HOC Claim Support on 13.03.17 to action my request. But there was zero response from ABSA HOC Claim Support so I sent further correspondence to ABSA Private Banking on 21.03.17 advising them of suc, but no response was received to this mail as well.

It has now been a full two months since the incident and the damage is no closer to being repaired than it was on 31.01.17. This is completely unacceptable and I am very, very disappointed with the service received to date by both ABSA HOC Claim Support and ABSA Private Banking. Totally disgusted!!!

I placed an order and paid in full on 17 January 2017 at SALESHOP and it's now been two months and still no sight of the order. All my attempts to obtain clarity re. the delivery status have thus far been flatly ignored by SALESHOP. I have since requested a full refund and this was also ignored. Pathetic service and I will never shop with SALESHOP again. R798.00 spent and absolutely nothing to show for it.
