<p>Classic Trading Durban branch has absolutely no customer service s****s nor is there any sufficient product back up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased all my sanware from classic trading durban for my house that i have just built and the customer service that i have recieved has been for a lack of a better word pathetic!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had issues with 2 products that i purchased from classic trading.</p> <p> </p> <p>The first item were Franke undermount sinks which just after installing them they started to show some rust marks. I then reported this to classic trading which then took almost 1 month to get resolved! granted the issues was rectified but not before me having to chase classic trading for weeks on end!</p> <p> </p> <p>The most recent issue is with a Grohe shower head that whilst showering the internals of the shower head just simply popped out of its housing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I reported this issue to the salesman that i dealt with for all my purchase Ismail on the 07th March 2017 and to date he hasnt even bothered to call me to assist with rectifiying the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have made numoerous calls and sent emails to both Ismail and Zaidha and to this very minute not one of them have resolved the issue or have they had the decency to call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would recommend that if you are planning to use classic trading that you rethink this and go to another sanware supplier as classic trading seem to take your money and once they have it they don't give you any back up service.</p>
