Bad Service and Product

<p>I am very disapointed in the service and product i got from this company</p> <p> </p> <p>They promised their product was for Online gaming,Very constant internet and relaible</p> <p>-It is not even one of the above mentioned </p> <p> </p> <p>-I would call them on their after hours phone and nobody will answer</p> <p>-I went to see them and all they can say is on their side of the line everything is working optimal but they will get an technician to check the problem and after a few days the problem is even worse then before i complained</p> <p>-Even the owner said it is not for gaming after we complained too much,that just shows they want to sell their product to anyone and everyone-even if they know it is not for the right customer </p> <p>-I pay for a package of 4 mb Download...I get 1.5 mb...sorry but that is not what i pay for and i feel my money is being taken unnecessary</p> <p> </p> <p>This company is based in Kimberley,Northern Cape</p> <p>And anyone that want to play online gaming should not use this company ever !</p>
