After asking to change my reward partner on system from Vitality to Multiply and confirming that this would change nothing else, I now find that a new 12 month contract has started... Best of all is that no one can undo this.
As a long time customer it saddens me to write a negative review. I received a gift from my wife (PC case) that lasted all of 4 weeks before the carry handle broke clean off the plastic from inside the case lid covering the top. This was surprising for a product with a 1 year warranty. I was not upset as this could happen with any product. What is upsetting is the response I received from Nivo's Supplier: "This is warranty void as the customer broke the handle bars. There is physical damage to the case". (This was received via correspondence with Nivo) Unfortunately as Nivo has remained silent themselves I can only assume they feel the same. I have taken pictures of the break, you will see no damage other the the broken plastic where the ***** should pass through. (Note the case has not been assessed physically but rather by these photos)
