Worst service ever!!! 1st of all it is impossible to get hold of a person to speak to. This automated system is very ineffective. I have been struggling for 2 months to change my debit order date, which means every month I have to pay the ekstra R100 for the declined debit order. Now that I finally got the date changed they want to charge me a double fee. I can't get hold of someone to send me a statement and the people I do get to speak to are not very helpful!! You can be sure that I am going to cancel both my contracts as soon as I can!!!
Worst experience I have ever had!! I have been waiting for a phone I upgraded for to be delivered, waiting for 2 weeks. When I enquire they make promises and never get back to me. I have waisted over R100 airtime to try and get this sorted out. They just don't get back to me. They are incompetent. After being a client for more than 15 years this is the service I get.
