Great Service
Although I have cancelled my service due to a constant battle with our fibre supply, I feel its only fair to give compliment were due. I interacted with Zama Gumede today re my cancelation, from her initial call, understanding my situation, arranging with you to waive the router fee to the follow up, I can honestly applaud this lady for her friendliness, caring approach and service she provided. I will also compliment her on Hello Peter and Google Reviews, its rare to find the service she provided from a corporate call centre. Well Done in having her on your team, and I hope that my mail will assist in opening further opportunities in her career with Vodacom, as she is a true asset to Vodacom. It will be worth your time to listen to the recordings of our conversations and hearing how professional and well she handled this matter. Thank You also for waiving the cancelation fee for me.

Wrong products supp****. No After Sale Service
Extremely poor service. Wrong chemicals supply and no assistance to resolve the issue at all. No Feedback, No Communication. Absolutely terrible after sales service

Extremely Poor Workmanship
Extremely poor workmanship. Renier is never onsite to supervise his people who he picks up next to the road and drop off at your house. Constant excuses, car broken, sick, family sick etc. then disappears for a week with zero communication ignoring all calls and messages. Last incident was enough when his guys pitched up here on foot in the rain and then demanding taxi money from me to get home. Renier always has a excuse for everything, a answer to everything and owns up to zero mistakes. No efforts to redo incorrect work even after explaining that his weaving is wrong, posts missed, not cut to size, forced to fit causing damage to the plates leaving sharp points (like a cut open tin) whilst I explained to him my 4 year old daughter is going to cut herself. I ended up getting another contractor to fix his mess and complete the work. In this same time I am aware of 2 other clients suffering similar issues with incomplete work and poorly done work who he is also ignoring and not going back to repair the mess he left. Same clients who's pictures he is posting all over social media. Be very cautious when dealing with Renier Maritz and Ritznel Construction Contractors.

Do not trust this company. Read All Reviews First
After being 3 hours late from for the appointment and not answering calls or whats apps messages. These guys finally arrived. Received a quote for over R4000 to replace a fridge PC board. With quote in hand I told them to wait, I then checked reviews and decided on a 2nd opinion seeing all the negative reviews. Got a second opinion and fault turn out to be the door switch, replaced at a fraction of their quote and all works perfect.

Disgusting service / SPCA part of the problem in animal cruelty
After years of support to the Maraisburg SPCA I was disgusted in the way they handled a situation. They went to a premises where dogs were left by the previous tenants. After we informed the Randburg SPCA that we will happily take over one of these dogs Maraisburg SPCA still came and removed the dog. Then a promise that we can collect the dog and then a call from Erik that the dog is now part of the SPCA system. This dog that should have never been taken away are now placed in a gage where it could have had a loving home and people that would have cared for it. This in itself is animal cruelty. This dog already bonded with out kids, we ensured that it was fed till such time that we could move him. We tried out best to negotiate with them but to no avail. We will never support any SPCA institution ever again.

Run Run Run far away from medihelp
Want me to pay for the month it took them to activate cover while i had no benefits. Now they suspended my cover after taking the premium because I wont pay for a month that it took them to activate my cover and gave me no benefits. They are thiefs and no assistance from their useless call centre. Run Run Run far away from this company.

Fibreglass Pools SA Con Artists Good day. I would just like to warn all future customers to under no circumstances do business with Fibreglass Pools Sa they use to trade under my company name Dolphin Pools and have now after running away with numerous clients money decided to change their name. Not only has they stolen money from numerous customers but have also shamelessly traded under my name leaving many people without money and a pool. The owner has never worked for Dolphin Pool Services and is not affiliated with this company at all. I have been confronted by more than one of there clients which they left with empty promises and out of cash on more than one occassion. Due to there dishonest conduct my name and company name have taken a lot of strain over the years and a lot of potential customers have turned away due to there deception. Please note there is only one legally registered Dolphin Pool Services and we operate from Gauteng Province. We are not located in Cape Town, PE or Durban. Any pool company operating under this name in any other city besides JHB is not the real Dolphin Pool Services.
