Without any exception the most underhand dishonest contractor I have ever dealt with. After month of trying to get a ECC certificate from them, I now find that the R115 000.00 that I spend on solar etc is in fact second hand ******* and that is why there is no certificate' Equally the system in no way represents the equ4ipment that was supposed to have been installed. Owner takes your money and then ducks and dives. Even worse he kn\w I was oxygen dependant and that my husband had recently died. He used my innocence against me instead of being open and transparent. Never ever use this crowd they lack any form of moral decency.
Shocking service and inability commit to their obligation of returning our BMW. Now we have a broken water bottle which was never broken when vehicle was taken in - just one excuse after the other. Please public never ever use this Garage in Bryanston. Even threats of our lawyer and or the police still brings no response or bringing us any nearer them returning our vehicle even though full payment of their invoice was paid on Tuesday and confirmation emailed to them..
Poorest Travel Experience ever. On 26 February we visited the Douglasdale Branch to book a business trip to Cape Town commencing 20 March. We were given in writing the time of 9.30. on the chosen date and therefore made two appointments the first at 1.30 and the second at 3pm in C.T.. When we were given the contract nobody at Flight Centre told us that the time of departure had been changed in the contract to 8.50. The morning of 21 March we were hounded to sign the contract which we did in good faith having not had the change of flight pointed out to us. Needless to say we missed our 8.50 flight and the 8.30 with Kalula was full. Now drive back to Douglasdale. No apology but aggressively shown the contract and documents scrolled all over with the words "no show". We then had to pay over R5 000.00 for a later flight which only left after 1pm. We then had to try to juggle the two appointments in Cape Town which was impossible as by the time we had collected the hired car and got into Town most people were leaving to home for the day. So with a tightly packed few days the one client could not see us and the other kindly agreed to see us on 21 March being a public holiday. His business premises had to be opened specially for us. It is well time that businesses in South Africa learnt to check such important detail and try to rectify the error that they have made if necessary. Moral of this disastrous experience. "if you want a job done properly do it yourself". Do not use Flight Centre. Ros Everett-Hawes.
