Dishonesty and unreliable

<p>When getting a quotation from Peirre Magic Transport and agreement made on the date of my move, I paid the full amount of R1800.00 into their bank account immediately.  On confirmations Peirre advised that they can only move me the next day which was not as per our agreement.  I had to get another mover who was only to happy to assist me on the day I wanted and gave me brilliant service but need to pay another R1800.00 for this to happen.  Peirre then agreed once again that he will refund the R1800.00 back into my account and todate this has still not happened.  He is now avoiding all my emails and phone calls.  I find this to be such a poor charactoristic as he is supposed to be a business man but instead he is a theif and dishonest.  I did also on numerous occations explaine my situation as I am a single mother who need to provide for her two children and this has now put me out of pocket and into a serious financial situation.  R1800.00 might not seem like alot to most people but to me that is to ensure that my kids have food for the rest of the month and for a grown ass man to take food out of a childs mouth is absolutely not a man.  Needless to say that this will not make an impact on his life nor will it affect him in any way.</p>
