I registered in 2023 FOR BBA DEGREE. When I register I got credits for 8 modules which were taken from my previous qualification, those modules were graded out on registration portal and writen credits. To my suprise this year 2026,when i enquire about the credits as they were not showing in my academic record, I was told that those modules are outdated I will need to re-register them, I'm in my final year and final semester and these modules includes the level 1 modules and year moudules. This is an invonvinience to me as it totally not my fault but UNISA's fault. please help, I would like to explore other avenues.
I joined the medical aid , hospital cover in 2016, in 2019 I was admitted to hospital and gave birth on the 3 July 2019, and got discharged on the 6 July 2019. Discovery did not pay for the exrays which were done on the 4 July 2019 and while I was admitted to Hospital Sent the invoice to them which they did not pay but they were getting their premiums +-R6000 every month. Despite numerous reminders they did not respond to my emails, they keep on giving me different references. I still owe an amount of R1086.70 for XRays that were done in 2019!!!!

I did a death claim on the 05/04/17, on the 7/04/17 Chairmaine from Sanlam phone and told me that my claim will take 21 days, where as in their Ts and Cs they say that death claims takes 48 hours to be paid, that was very shocking because we were preparing for the funeral which was on the 8/04/2017. i had to take loans due to the POOR SERVICE from Sanlam because we can't wait 21 days to bury a person, I'm in deep debts because of Sanlam. They were debiting from my account every month, i didn't even miss one premium.

Whem i call them, they keep on telling me stories...even today ( 19/04/2017) i haven't received my claim

I did a death claim for my cousin on the 5 April 2017 till today nothing has been received
