On The 22nd May 2019 I sent an email to ABSA Debit Card Reversals for an invalid transaction on my debit card , I was later referred to the ABSA Card Fraud Declarations, they requested transaction details which was sent to them. To date after many emails requesting a status update to the enquiry / investigation , I have not received a single response from the ABSA Card Fraud Declarations Dept , it is as if they don't care at all , although it is a small amount , it is the principle of customer service that is lacking in the ABSA Card Fraud Declarations Dept. It is really pathetic for such a large banking organisation.
<p>I placed an order with Seasons telecom on the 4/04/2017 for 2 Voip phones and paid by EFT . Have made enquiries on Seasons Telecom contact site about expected delivery ,but no response to emails, telephone goes into voice mail. This company is a fraud . I am seeking legal advice and have reported a case case of fraud with the SA Police and will be posting this info on Fraud & Scam websites throughout South Africa . </p>
