When you put your email details in for any items delivery, they automatically subscribe you. I have been trying for months to unsubscribe. When you click on the unsubscribe link and unsubscribe, it says success, however, I still constantly receive emails. Support is just as useless as they only tell me to do what I just did and don't follow up or care.
Was told that the item I ordered and paid for was not in stock. After almost a week of "searching" I was informed that the item was never there due to a stock take error. I was told I'd get a refund, but would have to wait a maximum of 30 days. More than 30 days later I'm told that their ISP is preventing them from sending their clients their rightfully owed money due to their own incompetence. Your ISP errors and poor stock take should be none of your clients concerns. CSGO complaints don't even bother them and they use that an an excuse to extend their trashy periods. Really ******* customer service from a company that claims to "love and cherish" their geek clientele
Company has extremely poor communication as they don't answer calls or emails in a timely manner and at times not even at all. Incorrect order was received even after a second chance was given to them to rectify the first incorrect order. Items were paid for in full and customer service is now non existent.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Ordered 3 items from them on 3 different occasions. Each item was delivered more than a month late. They care little for your compensation or this inconvenience. Don't use them if you're looking for punctuality, honesty or quick service.
Bought an engagement ring here. When I collected it, it was not the size I requested it to be resized to, yet still had to pay again to resize it back. I kept it safe until the day I had to pop the question and 9 days later a jewel fell out. I paid to have it repaired by Heide-Marie. 2 Days after it was repaired another jewel fell out. Their workmanship is shoddy and they refuse to give any guarantees. That tells you they have no faith in their products or workmanship. Do not buy here
Pathetic service. After paying them they take days to confirm your payment then take a further 2 days to reconnect you. You pay the same amount monthly regardless of this inconvenience with no compensation for their incompetence and unprofessionalism even though their a powerful company. Wouldn't recommend. Poor service, poorer deals. They care nothing for their customers, only money.
Ordered a shirt from them and made immediate payment. Their site promise max 21 days delivery but so far I've been waiting aa whole month. Their "customer care" just tells me to find the package myself.
