Ordered Keto online a month ago - have not received my package, and continue to only get copied & pasted replies telling me that my product is "still on the way," which I very much doubt. Initially their calculations were incorrect and far more that I expected was deducted from my account. When I tried cancelling the order, I was informed that I couldn't do that, but would have to wait for the product to arrive in South Africa (which of course, it probably never did!) and then put in for a refund. How would that work? Doesn't make any sense to me, since I have requested a refund BECAUSE the product hasn't ever arrived! Nothing about this order has been fun, and I will definitely never order from them again

They emailed me, reminding me that my license disk was a month away from expiring and sent all the relevant documentation that I needed to fill in / agree was already correct, and I paid and submitted my request. I got email confirmation within 3 mins that my payment had gone through and then a personal email from Allison confirming that I would receive my license disc in 5-7 working days. Even with a public holiday in the middle, I received my disc on the 4th working day! I have never had an issue with these guys, and use them every year for my disc, and my bosses' discs! They do a host of other collections, I just use them for disc collection! Claire</div>
