- Oversold me on services that I did not need (only found this out later) - Very impersonal service, always felt like a number although her services were sold as specialised - My braces were removed too early, when I complained they put normal braces back on (after I paid for the clear braces). I assume that this was based on the fact that Dr Petra moved to Cape Town and was rushing to complete all het patience here. - After removing the final removal of my braces, my below teeth were still crooked. The assistants who assisted after Dr Petra moved advised that the below plate will move it into place. This never happened and it is still skew. - My first front teeth plate had holes in it after they had to drill it to fit it into mymouth. The assistant advised that they are struggling with the supplier's products. They then re-ordered the plate, which now again has holes in. I am very unhappy with the services received by Dr vd Merwe, and I also tried to speak to her about it but to no avail. I also asked for the above plate to atleast be replaced and I received NO reply from her. This was 5 months ago. She oversold me on braces for my whole mouth but they only adjusted the 6 front teeth which I asked for initially. She never spoke to me in person, she only spoke when I was laying there with my mouth open to advise the assistants on what to do (before she moved). She always confused me with other patients. I feel when spending such a big amount which I had to save and for myself, you expect proper service. They probably think that everyone's parents can pay for these treatments, like they said at the consultation "you can tell your dad that it is going to cost him a little more". My dad died when I was 3 years old. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING DR PETRA VD MERWE.
<p>Today (20/04/2017) I bought Spar Grated Cheddar Cheese 250mg with the Best Before date being 03/06/2017. I opened it about 30 minutes after I bought it, and it was rotten. All of it. I immediately called the Spar and I was told to come back for them to replace it for me. I told them that I will not waste petrol for their mistake and I was promised someone will bring me a new packet. It has been several hours and I have not received any feedback. I feel they are supposed to ensure customer satisfaction but up until now, I have only received rotten cheese and bad service. </p>
