A simple request takes hours to get done at FNB. This bank is pathetic and have really fallen so low from where they used to be in terms of service delivery. Something as simple as closing one of my bank accounts is way too complicated for them to handle. FNB, your secure chat method is flawed, because your agents take so long to respond that it means I have to keep logging in and out to talk to them. And being told that you are experiencing high volumes of chats is just because you're too greedy to hire enough staff to assist your customers. Pathetic.
Old Mutual, your call center is a mess. I cannot get hold of your company to speak to a consultant. Please contact me urgently.
Something as simple as a PayPal withdrawal and FNB staff are confounded. Why the withdrawal process was changed in the first place is the real mystery. Still no resolution on my query and I bet FNB won't be expected to pay me the interest I'm losing on this sum of money. FNB's IT team has always been terrible, but this takes the cake.
FNB has recently changed its process of releasing PayPal funds into an account. This new process is completely faulty and complicated. Calling the call center doesn't help because the staff can't be reached to talk me through it. This matter is urgent. Please can someone contact me asap!
FNB your new app is not user friendly at all. Can't do transfers and everything else is overly complicated. Please get a new IT team. The one you employ is useless.

The cashier at Total Rangeview really needs service training. Her name J Sethaiso and she is very obstinate towards customers. Please can management send her for training on how to greet, smile and serve customers properly?
FNB are not allowing me to release my savings from my 32-Day account. Their error message says to contact them via a link on the top right of my screen. No such link exists. Just goes to prove the incompetence of this bank. Since my money was not released, one of my debits have now been marked as unpaid, which affects my credit rating. Are you going to fix this? Shockingly bad, FNB!
