Once again Vodacom has messed up. I have gone up and down with Vodacom about cancelling my fibre connection because the service is just that bad. But yet still they debited me after the cancellation and proof of the credit and cancellation. This is just plane *******. I am going to the police station to open a theft docat
Please don’t fall into Vodacom Fibre’s trap! I had my fibre installed 2 years ago. The job was not done well. I raised this on the day of installation. They assured me that all was ok. For a while it was. The the problems started. I have been without Fibre for 2 weeks now. The contractors that were sent here, didn’t even inspect our property properly. So it still wasn’t sorted. I then phoned to cancel my fibre. The cancellation department then convinced me to stay and made all sorts of promises. They had to cancel and re apply , for some reason the package I was on was discontinued.(I was never made aware of this) They then declined my new installation for some reason. They are looking into it. I have had enough now. I have spoken to about 5 different people and still no solution. I am so disappointed with Vodacom! I spent R700 this past week on data. My wife and I both work from home and depend on our fibre. I have been a customer of Vodacom for more that 12 years now. I pay R4600 for all my products at Vodacom! I have never missed a payment. I will make it my mission to move all my contracts away from Vodacom.
I am very disappointed with the terrible after service. We bought a Volvo XC60 end of December 2018. We did at the time receive a good service, we even referred all our family and friends resulting in 6 cars been bought from Green Dot Cars. 7 months later, the cars packs up and piston apparently cracks. As I bought the car and warrantee from Green Dot Cars, I contacted them to let them know. Not worrying too much, as I had peace of mind that I had the warrantee, I was advised by the mechanic, That I missed a service, now they won't pay. looking back, although i did sign, I was not advised properly about the service moving forward. A car does simply not break down. was advised that it was an engine defect. Green Dot Cars are offering no way of helping me in this situation. We feel let down and feel they have sold us a defective car.

Hi. About two months ago, I tried to upgrade my contract with Telkom mobile. They then said there was a problem with my bill, which was not true. My phone was activated, I use my phone for my bussiness and need the data and airtime. So I depend on it. Anyway, It took about a month to upgrade my phone, I sent mails, phoned, but never got help. Only a poor sales consultant at The Glen Shopping centre tried to help. It was because of her they I didn't leave telkom and stayed. She offered me a good deal where I pay R799 per month fixed and get all I need. That sounded great, so I took it. Two days ago, my debit orders go off and Telkom takes R1970.94 OFF MY ACCOUNT!!! I can't afford this, no one has properly explained to me what happened! I recieved my invoice or statement, but no details on it at all. When I phoned, they said they charged me for my previous contrat and the new one in one month. This was never explained to me. I have tried to talk to Telkom, but they are not interested in helping me, hence this mail. I just want my bill to be sorted out. I can't afford to have my phone cut, as I need it for my bussiness, Without it I have no income. PLEASE COULD SOMEONE HELP ME!!
