ME and my wife are both on the RED VIP package. Last week her phone could not make calls, only through whatsup. I tried to call Vodacom on 0821940 082135. I follow the prompts and each time I end up with this STUPID Toby Bod. Each time they advise to reset the phone and they would reset the line on their part, but to date, no luck. Why do a Red VIP client need to speak to a stupid bod, but instead of a person at customer care? I tried all the options, but could NOT get hold of someone that could help me. Ironically when you select the option for sales a human immediately pick up the line. There is NO customer care from Vodacom side. Not even for their so called Red VIP customers. POOR service!!!!!! To date our Red VIP contract is useless. Philip Goets
Beware of this website.... Brokenforge.co.za They sell 3D miniature models. You order online, but the owner Jaun never send your order. He cancels your order and do not refund the money paid. He claims..... "South Africa's one stop shop for all things Printing" His website should be banned. BEWARE!!!! You have been warned.
<p>I've ordered items from the website on 30 March 2017. It showed "In Stock". On 3 April I phoned the owner to add more items to my previous order. I had to make a EFT on his request. After countless e-mails and phone calls to him I eventually told him that I was ready to open a case of theft with the police, if he does not return my money or send me my stuff. He made a payment and send me the differance in stock that he had. When it arrived I found that he did not include stock to the full value outstanding. He basically double charged me for courier costs. </p> <p>To all home brewers out there....BEWARE of this company and its owner. I've waited more than a month to get my money back from him. It is such a shame that companies like these, are still in business........</p>
