Unprofessional

<p>I booked an exam course/tutorial with LSLSS and on the day of the tutorial they send and SMS saying they have cancelled. The tutorial was meant to start at 9am and the message only came in at 10:34am as I was waiting outside the venue. I came from Soweto to Pretoria via taxi, gautrain and then Uber only to be told it's cancelled. This is the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had. </p>
