Possibly Scammed!!!!!

<p>I am horrified by the no service this company has shown me.  I contacted Victor to move my appliances from KZN to JHB for me and he agreed forwarded me the necessary documents and I signed a returned them to him and paid the deposit of R1000 as agreed.  We had agreed for him to collect my goods on Tuesday from KZN and he has not done so up until now.  I called him on Monday to confirm everything and he said it was good to go.  Tuesday morning I called to confirm the time he was going to fetch the goods and he responded that he was waiting for some stuff to be cleared at the Dbn harbour.  I asked him to update me and he never until I called later in the evening same day.  After calling him the second time he responded and said that the stuff as not be cleared and he will update, no update.  On Wednesday morning I called him after my mom queried that he did not show up and when he answered he told me the truck was in Port Shepstone and that he would pick up the stuff, I asked him to contact my mother but no reponse and he dropped the phone.  I sent him an sms with my mother's contact details and he never called her until I called the second time and he said he would call me back in 10 minutes but an hour later nothing. I tried to call again and he ignored my call.  I then gave my mother his number and he answered and told her he would be at the house in 2/3 hours to collect to goods.  We are still waiting even now.  Worse thing is he is now ignoring all calls and not responding to my sms which I sent last night requesting my money back so I find another service provider as he is NOT RELIABLE and rather RUDE! This is very unprofessional and I hope he is not scamming because that is the picture that is being drawn to me.  The lady at his "Office" said she is also looking for him and she has no information to assist as they are a virtual office.  This man cannot be trusted clearly and could possibly be scamming  me.  To think I saw a post on hellopeter of how he was great to another customer and here he does this to me as if I never paid.</p> <p>I am very disappointed and would never refer this company to anyone.</p>
