What a joke!
My hairstyle looks nothing like what they advertise on social media. My 8 year old niece would do a better job!!!

Warning to all Landlords!!!! Mems property is a scam!!
Mems property is the worst rental agent ever. I continue to loose thousands of rands because of them since 2017. I appointed them to manage my rental apartment in Pretoria North in 2017. Tenant became inconsistent with paying rent end of 2017. I requested them to give notice to the tenant as I was not happy with how the tenant was paying rent. Joey (from Mems property)told me I must be patient with the tenant as he was waiting for a RAF payout. In 2018 the tenant still continued to miss some payments I again instructed Mems property to give the tenant notice and send letter of demand. They would inform me that they are in the process of evicting the tenant until 2019 when I found out that Mems property instead of starting the legal process against the tenant ( as I was also paying them legal retainer fee) they appointed the tenant who is a lawyer (Adewole Braimoh)as their legal provider to do eviction work for them- this was all done without my knowledge. They say they had a deal with the tenant since he was struggling to pay rent that he does legal work for them and in turn they pay rental for him. End 2019 the tenant stopped altogether to pay rent and is refusing to move out because he says Mems property owes him for all the legal work he did for them. How careless can Mems property be to appoint a tenant who had proven so many times to be untrustworthy. Even worse they do this without my consent. This now explains why Mems property is refusing to cooperate with my lawyers when they want to see the letters of demand that they sent to the tenant- non of those exist because how can the tenant send himself letters of demand.
