I had logged a ticket regarding assistance in academic support on behalf of my entire cohort. I had noted first years were invited to a webinar where they were explained in detail how to approach and complete case studies particularly noting how to deal with command terms. I find this ridiculous as first years do not do any assignments or writing that require that level of depth in instruction but we as students who have to write those assignments have never gotten such a class??? It makes absolutely no sense. so I log a ticket 6 days ago and I get ghosted. The policy is that Mancosa will get back to you in 48 hours but they dont seem to care. It happened with another ticket to which it was also just ignored. Is this the transparency and fairness practices you people aspire to in your brochures??? this is beyond unacceptable and you people seem to know it. just coasting along while students are left to roam free utterly lost with regards to support as its non existent at this stage.
Utterly pathetic customer service. No Help other than passing me along to someone else or requesting that I email queries or complaints, why cant I be helped on the call? their systems are down due to a cyberattack. I cant for the life of me understand how a company can call you, check confirm a few details with you and then place you under debt review without your consent. I wasnt placed under debt review or atleast im trying to figure out if I was but these people cant seem to help me check. They cant point me to someone who could help me check. I called my bank, the NCR, Transunion, No one can assist me. If this is the level of professionalism we have in industry, then I can see exactly why our beloved country is so rife with crime. The ****** have it easy. its so simple to commit ***** and have no one be none the wiser. I really hope I can get this sorted because the people I get through to dont sound like they deserve to work for a government company with their lack of purpose or professionalism.
waiting for an update on my callback I received. these people seem to call to hear what's the problem. follow up once with no concrete changes or valid reasoning and then just ghost you afterwards. No communicative inbox to mail. no contact number to call and follow up on. just missing in action
I feel neglected, **** to, disrespected, and ill treated. I still don't feel my query was resolved. I get gaslit into thinking I will get help, the marker updates the feedback they FAILED TO PROVIDE, and the feedback doesn't even make sense based on the criteria given for the case study requirements. and then I get ignored with prior incidents too. even till now, no feedback. everyone is just sending things around. forwarding to this person. escalating to that person. i'm over it. you people have no professionalism whatsoever. I don't even feel like saying do better would help at all. Utterly disgusting treatment of paying students.
