The Speck lifetime warranty is just a manipulative marketing trick. I bought your Macbook Air hardshell cover for my brand new laptop and I put trust in your brand to protect it. After only a few months, the cover itself is cracking and disintegrating. My Macbook lives safely in a padded sleeve and has not been dropped or bumped in any way. Is this the quality and standard expected when buying a product from Speck? Your technicians tell me the warranty isn’t valid due to physical damage. That means you’re calling me a liar! Your product is faulty and I will never recommend it to anyone.

WOOLWORTHS SA ruined #MothersDay.

I placed an order for my Mom weeks in advance, feeling assured that I planned ahead of time. THREE DAYS before Mother's Day, they drop me an email saying the product is out of stock and won't be delivered.

There was no time to place another so my Mom didn't get a gift this Mother's Day.

And what's more; I've not received my refund and I've not been contacted by their online team as promised on Twitter.

So, as a customer you've now disappointed me TWICE. Woolworths shouldn't be allowed to have an online store if they cannot fulfil their customer's orders!
