I recently spoke with Nozipho Majola who has assisted me with finding out what is happening with my replacement router. I have been without a router for the past 3 months, and when I enquire about it, I have been sent from pillar to post. She called me back immediately after receiving news from the warehouse and advised on the process going forward. I was very impressed with her assistance.
I went to Mellins i.Style (in Fourways crossing) a month ago for my annual eye test, the optometrist suggested she wants to put me on a trial for contact lenses. A whole month has past now but I still have received the contact lenses, everytime I call, they promise to call me back but that never happens. I regret using them. Very poor service, don’t bother using them.
<p>I had booked for flight (Flight No. 7B-2019) for 7 March 2017 from Kimberley to Johannesburg with booking confirmation number COM93P. On the 6th of March i received a phone call informing that the flight was cancelled and that I will receive a refund.</p> <p>Till to date, i havent received the refund.</p> <p>I have sent numerous emails and tried to call them, but their phones ring answerred.</p> <p>I am very disappointed.</p>
