Spin 247 - closes accounts & voids pending withdrawals
I made a withdrawal on the 1st of March 2024, kept pending, when I enquired, they wanted 3 months intemised phone bills where the deposits came from, I sent to them, it’s the 18th of March today - they closed my account & voided all my winnings! Ridiculously unfair!

11 day delay in getting my withdrawal paid into my account
I have been using phone bill deposits on spin 247 for months now & when I withdrawal it takes 1-4 days as stated. March 2024 - I made posits again, won money, did the withdrawal process & then was delayed, I was emailed & asked for my cellphone itemised billing for 2 months to verify the payments came off, I am now waiting 11 days & still no money has been deposited into my account! I am extremely frustrated!

No Auth to debit my account
Very disappointed & dissatisfied - I phoned in twice, once for a quote for car insurance & then a quote for life insurance which they convinced me to take a funeral plan. Both of the consultants were informed by myself that I was unemployed & told them I will contant them when I am ready to go ahead & begin the policies. Since December, I have had 4 debit orders come off my account that doesn't have funds, costing me R147 each time - I have queried telephonically, emailed & NOTHING! I HAVE SIGNED NOTHING TO ALLOW THEM TO DEBIT MONEY OFF MY ACCOUNT Has this happened to anyone else - I am super I rarity!?

dissapointing over priced products
<p>I have had my surge for a year and a half and the touch screen no longer works - customer support says there is nothing I can do, out of warranty, the best they can offer is 25% off another product.</p> <p>The watch costs R4000 and only works for a year and a half - surely if they know this is a common problem they should extend the warranty or lower the price to match the low quality.</p> <p>I will never spend money on another Fitbit even though I loved my watch while it worked, I am still insisting it gets replaced or my money back.</p>
