Terrible after sales service. We tried to get Prince to come and resolve an issue with plumbing he had installed in our guest bathroom. The shower would cause flooding every time someone used it. We needed this issue resolved especially because our house was on the market. We called and texted for over 3 months and Prince kept promising he would come out to fix the issue. I took time off work twice for these appointments. He never showed. He also wouldn't return our calls or messages. We eventually gave up. Don't recommend this company at all.
Teboho Sengoara was a great consultant. Very patient, explained everything thoroughly and gave good advice.
<p>I have an account with MTN. My account had been in arrears for a few months since 2016 as I was unemployed. As soon as I started working again in April 2017 I called MTN to get a status update on my account arrears and was told by the consultant that I had to pay R4952 for my account to be reactivated. This amount is supposed to include the subscription for May 2017. On May 19th I paid the amount of R4952 at the MTN store in The Grove, Pretoria East. I asked the consultant at the store if the account was now up to date and she said that the account was back to normal and that I would only pay my monthly subscription going forward. Yesterday, on the 29th May I received a call from the MTN legal department and was told that I owe an amount of over R3000 and would need to pay this amount as soon as possible. The consultant was very hostile and I felt as though I was being harrassed. I told the consultant that this was my first time hearing about this new outstanding amount and she was only concerned about the date on which I would pay the R3000. This morning, 30th May 2017, I called MTN to try and find out more detail regarding the call I received yesterday. The gentleman who assisted me on the line at MTN Legal told me that the outstanding amount on my account is R1400 for the account to be reactivated. Now I am extremely furious as I have received three different owing amounts from MTN. I was not made aware of any outstanding amount after having paid R4952 and I am very disappointed with the service I have been receiving. I have been a customer of MTN for over 10 years and I do not see myself continuing my subscription with MTN after this experience!</p>
