Absa het terug gekom om my Id te versoek dit is aan hulle deurgee maar nog geen terugvoer ontvang nie Cel ********** 173
Ek is n klient van Absa Bank vir meer as 30 jaar. Ek het 'n krediet kaart met julle vir dieselfde tydperk, na al die jare by Absa ontvang ek nou 'n skrywe om te se weens die feit dat ek 70 jaar oud is my lewensversekering op die kaart nie meer geldig is nie. Ek wil graag weet wat het dan van al die gelde wat ek al die jare betaal het geword. Absa Bank het my gekontak en meegedeel dat ek R100.00 agterstallig op my kaart is wat ek toe onmiddellik betaal het, net daarna toe ontvang ek die skrywe om te se my lewens versekering is nie meer geldig nie. Kan jy my asb help ek het nooit enige gelde vanaf Absa geeis nie maar hul het al die jare se paaimente ontvang.
<p>An Aearomax rep came to our house during January 2017 and sold us the investment package. We were told that the package costs R27 600 and that it will be placed on budged on our credit card for a term of 60 months. This was however not the case and the amount was deducted on straight. We were informed and insured that we will have the option to cancel the contract if we were not happy. The program was installed on our laptop and we tried to use the program but could not understand it. We then contacted the rep and informed him that we want to cancel. He then said we had to wait for 6 months and were referred to the supervisior Hennie. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hennie denied that we can cancel at any time and again we were informed of the 6 months waiting period. I explained to Hennie that my husband was diagnosed with heart and liver failure and that we can not afford to pay for the program that we have never used. He requested the letter form the doctor with the diagnosis and it was sent to him. He said that it would be taken up with the directors and that our money will be refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everytime I contact them there is a new story. Hennie doesn't get back to me and we are now struggling financially with the medical bills. This is terrible of them and we feel mistreated by the company as we were mislead and a frudulent transaction was done on my husband's credit card which he did not authorise. We are now struggling financially to repay the bank as we are dependant on my husband's pension, which is our only income.</p>
