I bought an oven pan for a family member, which unfortunately happened to big to large for their oven. I asked my wife to go and exchange the item and was rudely rejected by a mister Abdul, and told that the store does not exchange items. To be clear I did not want a refund, all i wanted was a cheaper smaller item and was rudely rejected in front of other customers in the store. I highly recommend avoiding this store... worst customer service.
<p>Start as of the end of May 2017 my account has been debited with DIRECT DEBIT 3M-779306-1 for R199.00.... I never consented to any debit on my bank account and never dealt with this company ever. This is unacceptable and if not rectified I will report this matter to the consumer ombudsman and take further legal action if necessary.</p>
