First time I have visited the Terrence Road branch. I have never been so disappointed before. It was a Friday night after a long wait to get service and drinks. We eventually started ordering, to only get told they don’t have mushrooms (I was ordering for starters) and they don’t have prawns (which was my mains). In a flat spin I decided to have a rump stake. The manager comes to our table a few minutes later to say they don’t have rump can they give me fillet. Needless to say I asked for the bill to go somewhere else. On our way out both the managers weee highly apologetic and still had the check to say “Don’t come on a Friday or Saturday because we are busy, rather come on a Tuesday or Wednesday when we are quite” They will never see me again. That was the first and last time I shall ever go there and I will let everyone know of our terrible experience.
I can’t express how disappointed and frustrated with merchant hunter!!! I placed an order on 28 November 2019 from Merchant Hunter (aka melody pants). 7 months later, I still have not received my order. As soon as I wrote a post on Facebook, within 5 minutes they blocked me (they can’t even get back to me that quickly). Absolutely shocking! Every time I enquirer about my order I just get excuses after excuses. Absolutely pathetic to say the least!! This company is such a joke. Don’t even bother ordering from them or unless you want to kiss your hard earned money goodbye. I am sure all their doings is against the consumers protection act. Any one having the same problem? So we can take this matter further.
