<p>A direct debit was set up and taken from my bank account by Paysoft on 01 June 2017 for the amount of R99.99. I have not authorised anyone or Paysoft to direct debit my account, this could be an act of fraud. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact your company via telephone on ********** 482 and ********** without success. My bank has also attempted to contact your company as well. Please respond ASAP else I will be forced to take this matter to the media and the ombudsman.</p>
