Discovery Bank is Not Recommended
I have been using Discovery Product since I moved to South Africa and have been enjoying all benefits. Haven't got any issue with Discovery until I decided to move my Credit Card to Discovery Bank. Thankfully I didn't move my Banking. I took their iPhone benefits because I was doing my Goals for Health and Drive. I knew money Goal wouldn’t be easy but I knew I can make still achieve it. My most transaction have moved to Discovery Card from FNB but Discovery Money Goal have so many bugs that it don't allocate transaction, thankfully Got hold of Manager from Vitality however he himself is struggling with his internal team. I'm wasting an hour every week to validate all my transaction and updating that gentlemen. Discovery Bank should pay me 4hrs monthly for this issue. I would have got frustrated if I wouldn’t have got hold of Manager Other Major issue is, Discovery charged me interest on my iPhone benefits along with instalments. When called Customer care to clarify, lady on other side didn't have any clue. She raised 447715 on 8th December with turn around time of 2 weeks. REALLY DISCOVERY. When no one contacted I called on 12th and requested call back from Supervisor, someone called from 011 324 4818 at 14:04 but that guy didn’t have any clue why he called me. Earlier I had explained consultant my issue and he said he'll update his supervisor all details. I requested Gentleman to get details and call back but he never called back. Called Discovery Bank just now and requested to speak to same lady who raised my call, I was told that she will call me back and I'm still waiting. I'll never ever recommend Discovery Bank to anyone. I'm trapped so can't do any thing PS: I’m not revealing names of the Consultant and Manager because of my personal choice.

Awesome Service
I booked my move with Neil, AA Vanlines after good feedback from one of my colleague. After seeing few review on Hello Peter I was confused however decided to go with them and it was really hassle free movement. Driver came on time and loaded all stuff nicely. Will surely recommend AA Vanlines

Scoin Shop, Sandton Conned me by Selling Proof Coin
Please be aware of the trap laid by Scoin Shops while buying Proof Gold Coin, 2 years back I went to purchage 1/4 Oz KrugerRand but they didn't have any. Only coin available was Kruger 1/4 Oz Proof Coin which was at premium price of R 6000, almost double than the KrugerRand coin. Salesman then convinced me that I'll really get the better price when I want to sell it. This year they are selling Kruger 1/4 Oz Proof Coin at R 10000,00. I planned to trade in my Kruger 1/4 Oz Proof Coin with 1/2 Oz KrugerRand. For my surprise they are offering R 5200,00 for Trade in which is less than my purchase price. PLEASE ENSURE YOU DON'T BUY PROOF COIN IF THEY CONVINCE YOU THAT YOU WILL GET BETTER PRICE. I FEEL I WAS CONNED BY SCOIN SHOP. IF YOU WANT FOR COLLECTION THEN PLEASE GO FOR IT To add upto shame on their name, they have deleted above comments posted by me and blocked me, however I'll keep creating new accounts and updating their facebookk post. They are blocking me on social media platform but they should be aware that there are hundreds of ways.

Have Not got refund
<p>I have booked Emirates airliens from Mumbai to Johannesburg but unfortunatley South Africa Visa didnt come in time so have to cancelled the booking on May 13, 2017. I got Refund confimation the same day. After 2-3 days got refund nos for all passenger as below</p> <p>Refund Request No : ********** <br />Refund Request No : ********** <br />Refund Request No : ********** <br /> </p> <p>Refund is still not credited to my account, I have been following up over ********** their twitter handle @emirates but no one responds, </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I'll have to think twice before booking with them</p>
