Disappointed

<p>Hi purchased a kinderjoy for my son yesterday and to his disappointment his surprise hlf was empty this is unacceptable considering the cost of these eggs. This is his rewards wen he well behaved how do I reward him with a empty egg. It's not the first tym I have had a problem with the product 2 before he received incomplete toys. I can not be spending my hard earned money on a product that has poor quality control. If I were not for my kids loving kinderjoy I would honestly not purchase the product. I would appreciate if somebody from the company would get bck to me regarding this. AND YES I WOULD LIKE TO BE REPLACED FOR THE 1S I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH. It is not fair that I have to fit the bill for poor quality control. Yesterday it costed me R45 just for kinderjoy,I purchased 2 and had to go bck and get another because the egg was empty and I didn't think it was fair that my 4 year old didn't receive what was promised and that I had to replace his egg with my money.
