<div>The service has been appalling. I ordered 2 products and after much nagging I received the 1 product and was told that the other was out of stock. In the meantime, they immediately deposited my money. I have been asking for a refund since early October and they promise to make an EFT but it never comes. I will never buy online again and how dare they run away with my money. Please nobody should purchase from them. You cannot get through on the phone either. Can someone please advise how I should proceed. </div>

Aconite Medical Supplies. Face Shields
I ordered some face shields from Aconite Medical Supplies. When I saw them advertised on the internet, they looked fantastic. When they arrived, the shields were foggy and not at all clear to see through. Smudgy to say the least. In fact you cannot use them at all. I tried to make contact with Aconite to return the goods and get a refund and there is no telephone no. on their webpage. You can only contact them with a Whats App. I have not heard back from them in 3 days. Very disappointed. R750 down the tubes. I would like to provide my staff who are allowed to work to use them on top of their masks. I want to return these items and make sure that my money is refunded.
