Ram drivers lie on status updates. My item has not arrived, made a clear note 'Someone is always home'. No delivery and few minutes to closing of business this designated driver updates on their system 'Undeliverable-no one home'. They did not call or even make a delivery. Then the issue of RAM attempting to delivery again like make reputable courier services, it's 2 days from date of delivery and no updates on their online tracking portals with no link to enquire. Utter nonsense and incompetence!
Had my property sold a while ago and had a credit I knew was due to me but they kept avoiding. Till date statements come through with the credit but asking portfolio manager Koketso has yet been a futile excercise. Even cc their legal email team. They are now blatantly ignoring my e-mails. Perhaps ombudsmen is now the only way.
To trips resulted in almost 6 transaction in my statement. Uber *****s from clients. If you don't carefully scrutinize. Their drivers have no scruples, you accept one charge and see a higher charge than the intiall accepted charge upon ones accepting of trip. Then from there on its downhill with additional and primised reversals then rude cuts of enquiries. I'm watching you!
FNB LIFE not responding for debits not going through for a policy that's been standing for almost 2 decades. I changed banking details, sent to them timeously but no debits. Seems they debit amounts they feels are outstanding as a sum amount instead of policy amount into months in arrears. I call amd send e-mails enquirying and no respond on the status to the policy. IS THIS INTENTIONAL TO TRY DERAIL DEFAULTINGS!
Worst courier service I've ever experienced. Buying an urgent item and promised delivery within 2-3 working days and 12 days later, late updates when tracking online. Lies that we cannot be reached when we've been available to receive delivery. And no updates on their system since yesterday 16h00. Wow.. You are the worst, I'm beyond livid at this point

I check the status of my policies and have realised I have received updated policy cover for funeral cover of my loved ones with missing details. I have repeatedly requested update on incomplete capture or missing name etc. But I always receive some odd missing details. My recent enquiry and request still pends for communication. If Old Mutual representatives can kindly assist with a detailed complilation of the covers. Kind regards
The most unfriendly, inconsistent month-to-month liason with ABSA Vehicle. Running debit orders dayssss earlier than agreed debit dates. Then following calls running every 2 sec after the last unto a handful calls that feel like an intimidation, only to eventually run the actual debit without me literally changing anything. Total nightmare, can't wait to change/shift to more consistent running banks
I received an sms stating that Vodago WIG has been activated. I have not requested this. What is it and how do I get it de-activated?
Van Schaik is selling us out of stock merchandise and deceiving us to secure online purchases thinking they have stock. Then Busisiwe Monane from their support centre, has the worst service in assisting to just get a mere confirmation of delivery date..its been weeks. I think she has a generic response that she keeps sending to me with no other relevant response I send ' Hi I have not heard back from you and would like to know if there is perhaps anything else we can assist you with?
