No delivery and no responses to emails. No contact phone number
I ordered goods on 16 July and received no goods. Contacted them and finally Kelsyann responded and said that they were out of stock and awaiting a new shipment in. I since have received a tracking number but still no goods. Tracking number check states part of my order is in Cape Town since 4th September but documentation missing. Numerous emails to Salacraft and I am getting no responses at all. There is no contact number on their site either. Hope I haven't been ripped off!

Disgusting service for rainwater tank installation
<p>Northern Garden Sprinklers advertised on a water saving Facebook group that they could install rainwater tanks. They came along to quote with all sorts of good ideas and references of schools for which they purport to handle irrigation needs. I paid them a deposit for installation of two 1,000l tanks which would take 2 days to install. Apart from the 3 week delay in starting and their terrible timekeeping (5 days later and they still hadn't finished, and never did - one day they didn't even arrive after I took a day's leave and I couldn't get hold of anyone), they installed two 800l tanks instead of 1,000l, which I discovered myself and confronted Andre and only then did he concede, and then still tried to charge me an inflated price. The chap installing didn't know what he was doing - I had to tell him what to do and point out very slovenly and wrong workmanship constantly. They arrived on the job without a ladder - don't know what they would've done if I didn't have one. Sealed downpipes were pouring water, one join they did fell apart. They siliconed joints together (silicone peels off plastic so they all came apart), they cut a square hole in my tank and refused to seal it. All in all, a simple job turned into an absolute nightmare and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt when Andre said they would come and sort it all out. I never heard from him again. I had to pay someone to come and fix their mess. I do not recommend them to anyone unless you need stress or some way to throw your money away.</p>
