On the 29th Jan we went to celebrate a colleague's birthday and promotion at FireRoom in Bedford and were served by a lady called Lily and shame she excelled in being unfriendly and uninterested in serving us. I remember asking her about a specific wine and she just said the restaurant doesn't keep such and when I asked the manager he at least went to check if it's available or not, we also observed her being friendly with other customers but us I'm not sure if she judged us or what however her service was extremely poor I even told her she doesn't deserve our tip.
I'm really getting sick and tired of being told that I cannot get a leg portion each time I order. I called a few minutes ago and was told I have to call back back in an hour if I want a quarter leg....like what kind of service is that!!!!! I asked to speak to the manager and was told call back in an hour Mochachos East Rand Mall shame your service is pathetic!!!!!
I went to buy a Hotpot in Fishaways Northmead Square in Benoni and you know what their service and the actual food is always on point...thank you for a great service hence I always drive from Springs to you guys:)
I have logged a case with HomeChoice over 6 months ago regarding items that were purchased using my account fraudulently. I was told it takes 90 days to investigate but believe it or not I haven't received any feedback, each time I call and speak to a guy by the name of Kurt(apparently he's the forensic investigator) he's always telling me the same thing that they are waiting for documents from their warehouse...the worst company ever I regret ever opening an account with them because they are just useless!!!!
Just spoke to Tshepo, I had a few changes I wanted to make on my policy he was very quick and efficient...keep up the good work mo-guy

I am extremely annoyed by the service that I received at Parrots Kiosk, I went to buy quarter chicken and chips then requested a leg but they refused me. I was told that they cannot cut another "chicken" while there's a piece left but I don't want breast I want a leg!!!! The attitude I got was the worst and this was not the 1st time so it means that they don't give a s*** about service...
I called the store and spoke to a friendly gentleman by the name that starts with a K(forgot his name)... Such a great person he promised to keep a phone for me and when I got to the store I received great service as I was there for an upgrade. The guy was very efficient and friendly keep up the good work Mr.
I was assisted by Thabani Mnguni as I was not happy with the fact that they have increased my insurance premiums. He was so professional and went out of his way to make sure that I understand the reasons behind the increase however he was happy to review my policy... To cut a long story short my premium went from R1040 to R580... Thank you so much Thabani you have made my year
<p>I called in to cancel my car insurance as I had received a better rate from another insurance but Tebogo convinced me to give them a chance to see if they cant give me a better rate...I was transferred to their senior advisor by the name of Nqobile and WOW.....im impressed and happy and I really do feel valued as a customer my premium decreased....miway thank you:)</p>
