Absolutely furious with this company. They happily took our money and gave us a 10 year guarantee. Have been trying constantly to get them to respond for months during the wet winter months to repair the same job. Leakage through a bedroom wall. They ignore your emails, phone calls and have never been so disgusted. Stay clear - do not engage with this company. They should not be in business.

See email dd 4th June 2017 to Vodacome Customer Care.</p> <p>To Whom it May Concern</p> <p>I absolutely aghast at the flat response I received to my account query lodged on 24th May 2017 which I received the below sms yesterday Saturday, 3rd June 2017 once you’d direct debited my account on 31/5/2017.</p> <p>If I don't receive a through, detailed response to my query of the charges on my Roaming Voice Calls & SMS totalling R602.29 I will have no option but to voice my complaint with Hello Peter as well as Twitter.</p> <p>To re-explain my complaint. See attached relevant pages scanned.</p> <p>Calls - Voice Roaming<br />The two Norway charges I'm aware of & accept.<br />However NO other calls were ever taken by me whilst I was roaming. Therefore the entire amount of R226.68-R5.26-R13.16 is in dispute.</p> <p><br />SMS Roaming<br />I don't dispute the first 31 charges up to 01/04/2017 (date) 14:17:44 (time).<br />I understand the no ********** 9 is the Message Centre however there are precisely 119 Message Centre charges for 31 sms Roaming? Impossible.</p> <p>I urge you to respond with a very through, detailed response so that I understand fully how these international charges work and you can inform me of all additional international charges I should be aware of. I travel every 4 months and am outraged with this nonsense. I feel completely ripped off!</p> <p>I expect the response within 48hrs otherwise I am going to lodge a complaint with Hello Peter.</p> <p> </p> <p>How many other customers are getting ripped off every month??</p> <p> </p> <p>I mentioned my next step would be to post on Hello Peter and received a response dd 16th June that my "service request is still under investigation and feedback will be provided once the back office is completed".</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm angry, frustrated & most annoyed with a company of this size. Disgusting treatment of loyal customers.</p>
