Staff were very rude did not accommodate me I needed a refund due to medical reasons till today no response definitely going to small claims court and getting my lawyers involved

My parents and I have been members since 2015. All was well until last year October 2016. I had claimed for dentistry and optometry. I went to the Fnb ATM in the cbd with no caltex garage in sight to withdraw the funds and my card was swallowed by the ATM. I immediately contacted oneplan and according to the records it was withdrawn at a caltex garage, which states the card was stolen. I have then filled in 3 dispute forms with a number of personal letters stating what had occurred and have spoken to over 5 consultants and supervisors. Till today not one supervisor or consultant came back to me with information regarding the investigation but until today they were not delayed with the debit order for the premium. This morning I spoke to a consultant explaining the entire situation and according to her they cannot go any further with the investigation because it is over 100 days which is not our problem. Then she says that if we wish to continue using the card we must pay the amount claimed in October 2016. They have the damn nerve to ask me to pay for something that I didn't make use off, as it is I am paying the premium but unable to use the card. They are ****** out of their minds. I have now decided to visit the head office with my lawyers and speak to the complaints manager as well as their legal advisor. They have *****ed me over way too much and now I don't care, if it means I will sue the company because this is incompetence. I will demand that they reimburse me with all the premiums that I paid for as of October 2016 and I will demand an immediate termination of the policy because I refuse to wait until they decide to complete the investigation while they take off premiums from my account.

Be ready with your legal advisor because you have a law suit coming your way. And yes that is a threat!!!
