Supplier who is playing tricks ACEQUIP

<p>I think I am having a serious problem with the above-mentioned supplier who is now playing me tricks.</p> <p>I have attached here the proforma invoice the supplier provided that showed that my items costs R31050 inclusive of VAT and now the tax invoice showed tax as 0.00 and the cost of items has moved from 27236.84 to 31050.</p> <p>he is refusing to lower the amount and give me the correct tax invoice with the cost of R 27,236.84 as per attached proforma invoice, and insists that he is now charging R31,050 for the items meaning the VAT of 3800 has now been converted to being the price</p> <p>this is not acceptable because i now have to pay VAT on VAT and he is also treating VAT as part of his selling price. He says price of 27,236.84 is for south africans not people from other countries.</p> <p>i have already paid R27,236.84 and R3813.00 which totalled up to R31050. attached please find proof of payment</p>
