My name is Jeanine, I am a director of a cyber security consulting firm based in Midrand (www.f-si.co.za), as many of you already know after calling me. This is not our company, we do not have any of your personal information, and we do not provide financial advisory services. Our clients are business and we do not cold-call people. It is really just unfortunate that we share a name with this company that everyone is so upset about.
Kevin assisted us 3 times now in securing the best bond and rates. Kevin is an absolute magic worker and his industry knowledge and contacts really speed up the entire process. <p>Dear Pick 'n Pay. I am specifically mentioning the branch that I am complaining about because I’m generally happy with the PnP brand - especially the Cape Town branches. But the service received at the Wonderpark pick 'n pay is hands down the worst. I moved to this area 5 months ago, so this has not been a once off occasion, every time I step out of it I vow to never go back. Unfortunately it is the closest big supermarket to our house. The staff is rude, they are exceptionally slow, supervisors are never on the floor and it takes forever to get them to assist if needed. If have tried to complain to management but they also seem to never be around. The queues are ALWAYS a nightmare as minimal resources are placed behind tills, and today the lady at the cigarette counter started off (before greeting me) saying “those better be less than 10 items” and then proceeded to tell me to pack my own bags because I was keeping up the queue (because her counter did not have the stock so I could not proceed my payment). I urge you, and practically beg you to please address this branch and there incredibly impolite and unprofessional staff!</p>
