Membet are being penelized for 2025 claims. Medication obly pays every 90 days. Over rule doctors scripts.rve if youneed it. So my husband is obly gii g to sleep for 30 days in a 90 day period. Pay mt ass off on premiums. Must pay for a medical scheme and cash for monthly meds. Leavingmembers lufes in danger as they do not care about their members but is willing to pay thousands on sleep therapy ablndheart attacks.. As where members are trying to stay alive and only let scheme pay small amounts to help save them money. Leaving member in big ****. New members do not know about this rules as we were never informed about it. It is not listed or mentioned in keyhealth brochures or any information we have received from keyhaelth upto date. So thibk twice before you take a medical shceme..they are sharks.... my previius shceme paid for everything

If anyone wants to feel like villan for laying a complaint on a weekend. Please call the shop manager at Mayville Mall branch Alushka on a weekend. After telling her i am sorry for calling her saying i have a real problem at the store, on a Saturday and her day off, she said she will follow up on My complaint on Monday... great thank you no problem. Then I got a speach from her. Due to POPIA the store may not give me her number. I am disturbing her family time, and she has a choice to help or not help me. She then proceeded with. How would i feel if someone bothered me in my family time. To which i answered that in my job. I get contacted 24/7. And told her that het boss must call me urgently... guess what she ignored me.... ta da... She then told me she has a choice and dropped my call. How can a shop manage without a manager on a weekend? Is this the kind of service a manager is suppose to give clients... rude... dont care... whatever... ***** you you are a nobody anf i do not work for you.. .? Is this the way this company train the managers to act against/towards ciients? Is this client service? Dont they need clients to pay the staff? I dont even feel like supporting this company anymore even though i never got service like this. Why should i suppott a company that doenls not care about customer service or customers? People pls. Try not to support this company. If i got service like this. You may be next. There is alot of petshops with beter service... On Friday i hurt my shoulder becausr me as a woman had to take a 20kg dog food hogh of the shelf myself as the till attendant just looked and when i asked her if there was someone to help i only got an answwer with... in the back... great service... saterday i went back again as i forgot cat litter... 3 sitting at yhe till chattimg and guess what u had to wait for them to finish the conversation 1 st.... is that not reason enough to caal a managet and lodge a complaint????
Great service when tehy xall to assist. Then whtput nitifying you you premium goes up and you do not pay what you signed a contract for biy more. The you do inquities and dont get any feed back. Then your 5 years becom 6.5 years without you being notified. And again not the amount of years you singed a contract for. O dont think these peoplle can count or read. And breaks contract the further you go into business with them
Pathetic client service. Still n weeklater no reply as 8 was prommised. No parcel. As thwy are new to this and the board must 1st gather with customs to get parcels. My parcel has been there fot 1 and a half month. Np telephone calls are answered no emails arw answered. Great to do business with them. Maybe they should stop while they are "ahead" sarcastic. Dont think custums is made for this owner or company as they do not have any idee to do the job or release parcels feom customs. GOOD LUCK
O dear me. Gave this company up to 4 o clock totday to get back to me regarding my overseas parcels not being delivered. Very bad client service never gets back to you. Dont answer phones or emails. Is this company a ****??? Please if you ever have to deal with them good luck. No feedback. No telephone manners and no answers. Always goes around the bush. Fed up. Getting more help to look into this ****.
OMG please do not ry and use Absa Gezina on a Saturday with skelton staff. No floor mamager. Do not know where to go. Peolpe that comes after you gets serviece before you. Staff is on a slow strike. Dont care about client service at all. A lady came in and asked what we needed to be done after 20 min of sutting there. You dont know where to go if you walk in this is really.a very bad reflection on thus company
I must say i have in my life as a broker never worked such rude people in my life. The calll centre agent just kept on talking over me. When i spoke to him he put me on hold. Spoke to his supervisor whicb was just as rude and refused to transfer me to her manager. Also tlking over me the whole time and kept relling me she was going to end the call because i started to get rude. Thos is the kind of service you. Can expect fron the call centre at sizwe hosmed. As if they can really aford such service losing clients.
I ASKED FOR A QUATATION ON THE INTERNET AND ENTERED ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION THAT THEY NEED, I GOT A CALL FROM THE CALL CENTRE AND THE CONSULTANT WAS SO RUDE BECAUSE I TOLD HIM I ALSO WORK IN A CALL CENTRE AND CAN NOT TALK TO HIM NOW.. HE GOT RUDE AND RAISED HIS VOICE TO ME .. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DOTSURE IN MY LIFE THANKS TO THIS CONSULTANT GOOD LUCK TO THE MEMBERS THAT WANT TO JOIN
When calling to get a question answered abiut a claims report i was told because i was not a vodasure (whitch is vety expensive) client i hat to pay another R200 ontop of my access amount. When phoned headoffice to get answers after being a client for far over 20 years and still have a contract. Primrose refused to assist me in transfering me to the correct divsion i have asked for... great service for keeping clients.... have to say
