I emailed Lock Stock and Beer regarding a compliant that I hope could be sorted privately between myself and the establishment, however I am yet to receive a response. I have been absolute fan of Lock Stock and Beer for few years now and have regularly gone to your establishment for a great night out, however last night I was absolutely disgusted by the way my friend and I were treated. We arrived at Lock Stock and Beer around 8 o clock on the 17th September 2021. We arrived at the bouncer who would not let us in because we didn't have a booking. I agreed with your bouncer and did not argue with him. However on being declined, two white girls approached your bouncer and expressively stated that they did not have a booking and would like to go through and were let through. They were clearly under age as well and there ID were not checked. We eventually spoke to another bouncer, whom my friend had to speak French to and had no problem letting us in because we were of age (22 and 24) and it was just two of us. Were my friend and I declined at first because she was foreign and I was Asian and as such did not fit the quota for your Friday night? I have spoken to various other people who have had the exact same problem as me. Your establishment is clearly biased and continuous allow underage children in who cannot handle their alcohol. I am very disappointed as this was not the Lock Stock and Beer I went to the first time.
<p>Having being surprised on the 1 July for a belated birthday celebration. I was ecstatic to see that we were to walk into Fire & Ice. </p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly we were moved next to the bar, as there was not enough space DUE TO A FUNCTION WE HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF. I am not your dumping ground, us like them are paying customers, it's was the responsibility of Fire and Ice to have warned the customer that their restaurant was fully booked instead of dumping else where.</p> <p> </p> <p>If it WERE NOT FOR RANDY, OUR WAITOR AND THE MANAGER IN CHARGE, IRENE, we would have walked out. </p> <p> </p> <p>We were finally moved but next to a table near the function. Management allowed this table to contstantly take photos and hence there was a constant flash. I am vertigo prone and CANNOT TAKE THIS, it causes unbalance and nausea. Ovam warning Fire &I Ice, next thing you have have a seizure and epilsey prone customer, it will have a seizure or epilsey episode on it's hand and will be forced to take responsibility for its action. </p> <p> </p> <p>The food is fantastic and the staff is constantly helpful BUT the details that management overlooks, is exactly what makes the experience unbearable. </p> <p> </p>
