Mobile Chiller - The worst
I purchased a moblie chiller trailer from this company and it was THE WORST purchasing experience that I have ever experienced!!!!! From the beginning the company has been nothing but disorganized and very unprofessional, from very seldom returning my calls to staff not having a clue to how far the trailer was from completion. I had to keep following up and eventually threatening and there was still no urgency from there side. After arranging that I would pick it up on Saturday, the lady in East London was not informed and Muzaffar who had to check that the final payment was made before release was not available on his cell phone (I phoned twice, both times voice mail) or at Head office so I had to go and draw the cash. The trailer itself has no spare wheel! How can a new trailer be sold without a spare wheel? I had to travel 850km, fortunately I had no flat. The setting for the temperature is positioned inside the front cover of the unit. The whole cover has to be taken off to be able to set the temperature, how very unpractical. Besides this, there is no setting knob on it! I will seriously not recommend this company to anyone.

Useless
<p>Hi. I also used Eugene. Useless!!!!!! Same scenario, paid deposit, did half the job then disappeared to Cape Town from George. Also excuses ranging from bakkie being bumped to jobs coming in slow and no money coming in so could not pay back money. Stay away!!!!!!!</p>
