BS debits and service
****ess service ever. Contrat expired and was paid upfront no answer for 3months when calling in now they want to place judgement for money due? What do i owe if i paid upfront and contract is over? This is now the 2nd time and will never be back. You will be receivin my lawyers letter.

Fraudulent Judgement from Massbuild
I have a judgement on my name that was placed on my name. i receive smses every month saying that there is no payments due and also have never open this account. however when i contact them they do not have any record of this and are not willing to assist. the service i have received from massbuild not even being a client is more than enough to never open an account with them. they are also not willing to remove the judgement even though they state that i am on R0.00? this is just pathetic and restricts me now from getting any finance.

Debit order debate
Momentum health only takes debit orders on the 1st of the month. I jave requested that they make a concession as i only get my salary on the 10th. Apparently they are not willing to do this and have instructed me to make manual payments every month then send them proof of payment every month... So much for ease. Pay so much for medical aid and now most of the admin still needs to be done from my side because they want to make life easier for themselves as a company... Clients dont get informed of these changes not even brokers know until informed by the public... Pathetic... Will be moving my policies away shortly...

Over charging
<p>I recently upgrade my phone contract with vodacom. I originally wanted to move my contract to telkom as they had a very good deal(R1100pm for unlimited calls and 20gigs data pm excl R200 insurance) . When i informed vodacom that i am not going to renew my contract, i was informed that they will do a deal match on the contract(R1200pm for for unlimited calls and 10gigs data excl R200 insurance). I was informed that my debit order would be no more than R1400pm.I then decided to stay with vodacom as i have been with them for many years. When my debit order went off now in july, it was R1900, R500 more than what was told to me and agreed to. Please can someone sort this out for me and give me an answer ASAP....</p>
